    M6 J8 Turn onto the M5 towards Worcester - 57.4m - 1:12hours
    M5 J4a Turn off onto M42 (M40 London) 80.9m
    M42 J3a Continue onto M40 London 84.3m
    M40 J9 Leave motorway,Take 3rd exit onto A34 (Oxford) - 131.2m
    A34 Continue past Travelodge - 137.9m
    About 14miles from M40,Turn off A34 at Junction signposted "Abingdon North" - 145m
    At T junction Turn Left & then at roundabout Turn Right
    Once into Dunmore Rd, Tinsley Park is about ½ mile on the right. - 146m

    Take A5 to Telford and go onto the M54 - 28.6m - 0:44mins
    At the end of the M54 go onto the M6 towards Birmingham - 50.6m - 1:05hours

    M42 J3a turn onto M40 to London - 81.7m
    M40 J9 turn onto A34 to Oxford - 136.7m
    Turn off onto A4183 - 141.4
    At T junction Turn Left & then at roundabout Turn Right Dunmore Rd - 142m
    Once into Dunmore Rd, Tinsley Park is about ½ mile on the right. - 142.8m

    Turn Left onto A6 (North)
    At roundabout take 3rd Exit onto A5140 Rope Walk (signposted Cambridge & Sandy)
    At 2nd roundabout take 2nd Exit onto Barkers Ln., 
    Track is on the Left

    Take A5 to Telford and go onto the M54 - 28.6m - 0:44mins
    At the end of the M54 go onto the M6 South towards Birmingham - 50.6m - 1:05hours
    Exit M6 at J7 -
    This is the place you are most likely to go wrong.
    The road you want is the A34 going into Birmingham
    Once you have taken the slip road, you will rise up to a gyratory roundabout. Go right, but as soon as you cross the M6 you have just left, keep hard over to the inside (left) lane & turn left onto A34 into B'ham. Make sure you take the A34 into Birmingham. The signs are there, but in traffic you will have to keep your head, as there are about 3 exits at this point all on top of each other & one is the A34 going north which you don't want.
    Continue down the A34 (Walsall Rd) to the 3rd Main set of traffic lights.
    (1st lights - shopping arcade far right. 2nd lights - Cinema or Bingo on far right).
    3rd lights - a T junction with Rocky Ln on your right)
    The stadium is on your left. It is the 2nd of the exits at this point (the 1st being the Crematorium)

    Birmingham NIA (National Indoor Arena) King Edwards Rd, Birmingham, B1 2AA
    about 64miles - 1½ hours but greatly depending on M6 traffic conditions
    Take A5 to Telford and go onto the M54 - 28.6m - 0:44mins
    At the end of the M54 go onto the M6 South towards Birmingham - 50.6m - 1:05hours
    OPTION 1
    Take exit 6 (Spaghetti Junction) - A38(M) Birmingham NE
    On the slip road, stay in the right hand lane & fork right crossing the M6 you have just left.
    Join the 7 lane two way A38(M) & stay in lane 2 - (The number of lanes in your direction changes throughout the day.)
    Pass 1st exit enter underpass - (exit signposted Perry Barr)
    Pass 2nd exit - (exit signposted A4540, Wholesale Markets, Ringroad)- Motorway ends here.
    Pass 3rd exit - enter flyover which bares right. (exit signposted shopping Bull Ring)
    Pass 4th exit - enter 30mph tunnel (exit signposted Jewelery Quarter)
    Take 5th exit - to Convention Centre (Do not enter Queensway tunnel)
    You will come to "Paradise Circus" this is a one way gyratory system
    (Think of it as a 400m running track which you are entering at the finish line, going round anti clockwise & exiting at the 300m start point.)
    At the start  of the gyratory you pass under a building.
    Continue about half way round until you pass the A456 entry slip.
    You must now cross to the left lane as you need the next small exit road. (Cambridge street)
    Follow this small road, over a roundabout & then a right hand bend. (It now becomes King Edwards Rd)
    As you go over a canal, the NIA is now on your left.
    The car park is also on your left, immediately after the steps.
    Option 2
    At J8 Turn off onto M5
    Exit M5 at J1 Turning left onto the A41 to Birmingham
    Continue along A41 passing West Brom football ground on right 
    Also along this stretch are various ethnic food shops worth visiting
    Pass large mosque on left - about 1/2Mile further on:-
    Turn off main road before the flyover, turning right underneath it to join the ring road anti-clockwise
    At next Roundabout turn right -
    Pass signs to "Jewelry Quarter"
    At next roundabout (with red church on your right) Turn left
    At lights Turn Right following signs to NIA
    With the NIA now in front of you Turn Left at roundabout going uphill
    The entrance to the multistory car park is about 50/100m on your right
    BEWARE this entrance is very easy to miss.
     
    You will need about 6 x £1 coins for Car Park

    Take A5 to Telford, go onto the M54 and follow to the end
    Then turn onto the M6 south
    At about 57miles Turn off M6 at J8 onto the M5
    Turn off the M5 at J2 onto the A4123 to Birmingham
    After about 2 1/2 Miles at Traffic lights, turn Left onto the A456 Wolverhampton Rd
    After about 2 miles, just after the "Plough & Harrow" on your left, & immediately before the Five Ways island & underpass**.
    Turn sharp Left into Francis Road - (This road can be easily missed)
    After a short distance, Turn Left into Duchess Road
    After about 50 meters, turn into 2 Duchess Place
    Pass under the Building & turn Left
    Turn immediately Right up a ramp, & immediately Right again
    3 Duchess Place is the next building
    **(If you were to take the underpass at Five Ways then left into Sheepcote St & at the end of the road right into Vincent St. the NIA will be on your right)

    Take A449 to Wolverhampton
    Follow A449 Round Wolverhampton towards Kidderminster
    Between Wombourne & Kingswinford at Roundabout
    Turn Off onto the A491
    You should now be on Moss Grove
    Pass 1st Crossroads Stallings Lane & Dudley Road
     
    At 2nd Crossroads turn left into High Street which becomes Dudley Rd
    It then turns back to High St
    At about this point Turn Right into Commonside B4179 (Dell Stadium is Signposted)
    Turn Right into Bryce Rd
    Dell Stadium is on the Left in Bryce Rd
     
    If you missed 2nd Crossroads Keep going 
    Turn Left into Brierley Hill Rd
    This becomes Leys Rd & then High St
    Just before crossing a Railway line
    Turn sharpe Left into Pensnett Rd B4179
    This turns into Commonside
    Turn Left into Bryce Rd
    Dell Stadium is on the Left in Bryce Rd
    --------------------
    Cannock/ Pye Green Road
    Take A5 to Telford and go onto the M54
    Turn off M54 at J1
    Turn Left onto Cannock Rd the A
    After about a mile & a half, at M6 roundabout take 1st exit after crossing M6
    Cross over next roundabout (M6 Toll) & continue  on A460 towards Cannock (Wolverhampton Rd.)
    Cross over A5 Roundabout where Wolverhampton  Rd becomes, Avon Rd, A34 Ringway (keep Left), & after a roundabout Stafford Rd
    just after hospital, Fork Right into Pye Green Rd
    Stadium is about a mile further on your Right

    Take A5 to Telford and go onto the M54 - 28.6m - 0:44mins
    At the end of the M54 go onto the M6 towards Birmingham - 50.6m - 1:05hours
    Turn onto the M5 towards Worcester - 57.4m- 1:12hours
    At Uckington M5 Junction 10 - turn onto A4019 - 105.6m - 1:59hours
    After about 3.5m go straight over roundabout onto A435
    After about 1.5m turn left into a small road Cleaveland Street
    At the end of the road (100m) turn right,and then immediately left into St Pauls Road
    After about 150m turn left into Folley Road which becomes Tommy Taylors Lane
    Track will be on the left - Cheltenham (GB) - 109.9miles - 2:11hours

    Newtown/Maldwyn Leisure Centre, Plantation Lane, NEWTOWN, Powys, SY16 1LH
    Upon entering Newtown from the Welshpool direction:
    Cross over the first roundabout(2nd exit) with MacDonalds on the right.
    Pass through two sets of traffic lights.
    At the third set of lights turn left, signed to Llandrindod Wells.
    Take the first right about 400 yards further on.
    Go past a row of shops on your left and the school car park on your right.
    Take the next right into Maldwyn Leisure Centre car park
    40Miles - 1hour 5mins

    Redditch/Abbey Stadium - 83 miles about 1hour 40mins but greatly depending on M6/M5 traffic conditions
    Take A5 to Telford, go onto the M54 and follow to the end
    Then turn onto the M6 south
    At about 57miles Turn off M6 at J8 onto the M5
    Turn off the M5 at J4a onto the M42
    Turn off M42 at J2 & follow A441 signs to Redditch
    You will pass the track on your left after about 3 miles
    Take the 1st left off the next roundabout into a winding access road to Abbey Stadium

    Sheffield/Don Valley Stadium, Worksop Road, SHEFFIELD, S9 3TL
    Directions still being checked
    Take A5 to Chirk
    M53,M56,M60,M67, about 2½ hours much faster than either the Cannock or Whitchurch routes

    Solihull/Norman Green Centre, Blossomfield Rd.,Solihull, B91 1NB - 82m 1hour 50min
    Take A5 to Telford, go onto the M54 (27m)
    At the end of M54 turn onto the M6 south (49m)
    Turn off M6 at J4A onto the M42 (67m)
    Turn off the M42 at J4 (78m)
    At roundabout take A34 signposted Birmingham
    Continue until 4th roundabout (Dallas Exchange on the left)
    Turn Right into B4102 Marshall Ln., signposted Solihull
    Marshall Ln. becomes Blossomfield Rd.,
    Continue along road untill 50m before Rail bridge.
    Norman Green Centre will be on your right

    Sutton Coldfield/Wyndley Leisure & Sports Centre, Clifton Road, SUTTON COLDFIELD, B73 6EB - 0121 464 7742
    Take A5 to Telford and go onto the M54 - 28.6m - 0:44mins
    At the end of the M54 go onto the M6 South towards Birmingham - 50.6m - 1:05hours
    Exit M6 at J7 -
    This is the place you are most likely to go wrong.

    Continue on through roundabouts onto Jockey Road following signs to Tamworth (A453)
    Just before railway bridge leave Jockey Rd & Turn Left into Summerville Road
    Take 3rd Left into Wyndley Lane
    Athletic Track is on your right
    Alternatively
    Exit M6 at J6 - Spaghetti Junction
    Take A452 (Chester Rd) to Sutton Coldfield
    Turn Right onto A5127 (Birmingham Rd)
    Eventually turning left into Jockey Rd & Right into Summerville Road then as above

    Tamworth/Tamworth Sports Stadium, Marlborough Way, Tamworth, B77 2HA - about 67 miles 1½ Hours (on a good run)
    Follow A5 - onto the M54
    Exit M54 at Junction 1 
    Follow signs to Cannock & A5 ( Crossing over M6)
    Follow A5 to Tamworth
    Approaching Tamworth on A5 take 2nd Tamworth exit.
    Entrance to track is off this roundabout just before the the road which goes back to the A5

    Follow A5 - onto the M54
    Exit M54 at Junction 3 at about 39 miles
    Turn right A41, to Cosford
    Continue along Newport Rd (A41) keeping straight on through lights towards Wolverhampton
    After about 7.5miles, just after "Wergs"
    Coming downhill to a crossroads A41 with the B4161, (with petrol station on far right corner)
    Turn Left into Lower Street
    After about 100m fork right into Aldersley Rd
    Aldersley Recreation Centre will be about 1/4 mile on right
