At J12 go onto M60 to Leeds
Leave the M60 at J15 joining the M61 to Bolton
Stay in the right lane at J2 going onto the A666
After about 4m take the exit & turn Right onto the A579 Bradford St
which becomes the A58 Bury Road
After about 1½m at the lights near the top of the hill, 
Turn Right onto Long Lane 
The track will be on your right after about half a mile

Keep straight on to the center of Town (Keeping to the left rather than right)
Turn left at Main Road (A547), about ½ to 1 mile on left (name Eirias Pk on metal railings)

In the country (22m) DO NOT turn right where the A525 turns right

ROUTE 1 Monday to Saturday when there is traffic
Beware at one point (J34) you must turn off left to stay on the A55 - (31m)
At the next Junction (J33A) for Connahs Quay B5126 Turn off - (33m)
At T junction take right (B5126) to Connahs Quay
Deeside Collage is signposted Left at roundabout 300m after entering residential area. - (36m)
So Turn Left there into Ffordd Llanarth. (The road later becomes Golftyn Lane.)
At T Junction (The track is now on your left) Turn Left onto B5129 (the old coast road) - (37m)
Deeside College entrance on Left (An old prop plane used to be situated on campus behind the entrance - Now removed)
On entering College turn Left towards track
On your return journey, there is no J33A so you must rejoin A55 at J33 therefore
After crossing over A55 & passing the A55 J33A slip road you took on your way to Deeside
Turn right at traffic lights (or the small turning just before) & follow signs A55 to Chester & Wrexham.
Once on the A55 follow A55 & signs to Chester & Wrexham, do not take the fairly early signs to Wrexham only.
Also BEWARE at one point you must turn off left to stay on the A55, as you did when you were going to Deeside.
ROUTE 2 Sundays only
After 31 miles the main road will bear right. STAY on this main road & leave the A55 which will turn off to your left.
Turn off at the ASDA turn off & at the roundabout take the left turn to Connahs Quay B5129
Follow this road into the country & Deeside College entrance will eventually be on your Left (An old prop plane used to be situated on campus behind the entrance - Now removed)
On entering College turn Left towards track

At roundabout Turn right A6077 into Horwich
In about 200m you will cross over a railway line. Turn left immediately into the sports complex
You will see the imposing Bolton Football ground, which is adjacent
The track is situated next to the rail line & pedestrian access is through the sports complex (keep left through main entrance doors)

Turn off at the last Wrexham roundabout the Llay turn with the large pit head wheel

At the next roundabout turn Left onto the A534 to Holt
The A534 goes to Nantwich, skirts Crewe, & onto Sandbach & Congleton
However just outside Nantwich you can turn left onto part of the A51 & then return to the A534 to avoid going through the town
Just keep following the signs to Sandbach, Congleton & A534
At Congleton follow the A536 on into Macclesfield
Entering Macclesfield at Traffic lights crossroads straight on ( passing Park Lane (A523) to Leek on right)
At 1st mini roundabout turn Left - into Chester Rd
At next mini roundabout (Broken Cross) turn Right (3rd exit) - into Priory Lane
At next mini roundabout take 1st exit & follow signs to the Leisure Centre
The Athletics track is situated behind the Leisure Centre & is well signposted once you enter

Nottingham - Wollaton Park ( Cross Country Events Venue - Inter Counties)
Leave Oswestry on the A5 towards Birmingham
Go onto the M54 & Exit at J1 & turn left towards Cannock
Go over the M6 & continue towards Cannock
Coming up the hill into Cannock Turn right at roundabout onto the A5 towards Brownhills
At the junction with the A38 turn off the A5 onto the A38 North towards Derby & Nottingham
Where the A50 crosses the A38 - Exit A38 & turn right on the A 50 to Nottingham
Follow the A50 East & signs towards the M1
Turn onto the M1 North & follow for one junction exiting at J25
Wollaton Park is situated towards the west of Nottingham City on the north side of the ring road.
From the M1 Motorway, take exit 25 towards Nottingham City Centre.
When you reach the ring road travel towards Mansfield (North)
At the Crown Island roundabout turn left onto the A609. signposted Wollaton Hall & Ilkeston.
Entrances to the park will be clearly signed from there

Exit M60 at J21 take The Broadway, A663 North to Chadderton 
Cross the B6189 Oxdenton Lane
Turn Left at the minor crossroads with Hunt Lane
Option 2
Take M60 Clockwise & either exit at J21 as above or
Go onto M62 East to Leeds (not West to Liverpool)
Exit M62 at J20 onto the A627M which becomes Broadway
at about 3.4 miles from the M62, ignore the signs advising a right turn to the Stadium at the Lights
Crossing over the A669 Middleton Road after about 130m take the next Right into Hunt Lane

At about 23 miles just outside Chester at roundabout turn Right onto A55
At about 29 miles go onto M53
At about 31 miles turn off onto M56 to Manchester
At about 50 miles turn onto the M6 North
At about 86 miles Turn off at J32
Having left M6 keep to the inside lane & immediately turn off for A6
At roundabout under motorway turn left (A6 south)
Once again immediately turn left off A6 Dual Carriageway
From this point onwards, the track is signposted as the Preston Sports Arena
At roundabout turn left
At next roundabout take 2nd exit - You are now on the B6241 - (Tom Benson Way)
After just over a mile you will come to a series of 4 roundabouts - stay on the B6241
At 4th roundabout turn right into the sports complex

Go to the end of the Motorway (don't take junction 3 to stay on M56)
Join the M60 (formally M62) west bound or clockwise.
Exit M60 at J11
Turn right onto A57 (Liverpool Rd)
At 2nd set of lights, Turn left onto New Lane.
At next lights, Turn left onto B5211 ( Worsley Rd)
Straight on at next lights (under M602)
Blantyre St. will be 2nd left
Follow minor road through subway & park by the club hut.

Follow A525 through Woore & into Newcastle-under-Lyme
In Newcastle Turn Left onto the A34 briefly
Then Turn Right onto the A53 towards Leek
After about 1¼ miles cross A500 staying on A53
After a further 1¼ miles Turn Right onto the A50 Waterloo Rd
Continue through roundabout staying on A50 into Potteries Way Dual Carriageway
After about ¾ Mile take Left exit into Eaton Way
At T junction with Keelings Rd, Turn Right, The track is about ¼ mile on Left

Exit M60 at J7 & follow directions A56 (Stretford/Manchester)
After about 1500m, Turn Right onto A5145
Immediately going over a canal & railway line & after a further ½ mile, turn Left to Longford Park
After a further 200m turn left into Ryebank Road
After a another 200m turn left into the Track car park. (easily missed)

Either - (recommended) Turn off M56 at J11 onto A56 Follow the main road into Warrington Coming into a village the A56 turns off right However you must Turn Left over an old Iron swing bridge crossing the Manchester Ship Canal A5060. After ¾ mile cross over a small roundabout (with a modern sculpture of a footballer Brian Bevan in it) As you enter 2nd roundabout ( more of a gyratory system than a roundabout) the road you want is on your right Take the last exit onto A50 Knutsford Rd Following signs to Victoria Park Track entrance 600m on left. It's a narrow gated entrance between 2 pillars, but you could easily miss it. Coaches are best continuing past the entrance about quarter of a mile, going round the traffic island & then returning to take the entrance from the other side of the road. ------------------------ Or - At about 49 miles turn off M56 at J9 onto the M6 North Almost immediately turn off M6 at J20 Take the A50 into Warrington Track entrance 2.5 Miles on right after pedestrian crossing

Right at next roundabout (just after crossing a bridge)
About 100m turn Left at the "HIRE SHOP" (you will be going straight on as the main road bends right)
