A5 South - At Shrewsbury go over large roundabout with filling station.
Pass
Sainsburys set back on left.
At
about 19 miles. Leave A5 at next slip road to Bridgnorth
After
about 16 miles, take left fork into Bridgnorth - Pass Police Station
on right
At
mini O-about turn Right A458 to Stourbridge
At
next mini O-about downhill into Pound St
Right
into Oldbury Wells Rd. Follow road uphill through trees.
Oldbury
Wells School is
at the top of the hill turn Left into car park

Follow
A5 South - onto the M54
Exit
M54 at Junction 3 at about 39 miles
Turn
right A41, to Cosford
Continue
down Newport Rd
Take
2nd Right into Worcester Road
Track
200m on left behind a high curved wall

Follow
A5 South - At Shrewsbury go over large roundabout with filling station.
Pass
Sainsburys set back on left.
At

Entering
Much Wenlock you will go down steep hill.
Road
bears left at bottom of the hill
After
about 200m, where the main road bears right to go up hill;Turn left
William
Brookes School
& Leisure Centre is about 1½ miles on right

School, Newport, Shropshire TF10 7BD (Cross Country)
There
is no obvious route to Newport
Route
1
Take
the A495 to Whitchurch via Whittington, Ellesmere & Welshampton
Turn
Right onto the A525 1mile from Whitchurch
At
roundabout turn right onto the A41 to Newport.
Approaching
Newport - at roundabout (with A519 on left) Turn right onto B5062,
Forton Rd.
This
leads onto Chetwyne Rd.
Salters
Lane is about 150m further on the right
Route
2
Take
A5 to Shrewsbury.
At
the last Shrewsbury roundabout (with just 3 exits.)
Turn
left onto A49 to Whitchurch.
After
about 1 mile at roundabout, turn right onto the B5062 to Newport.
After
about 7 miles, this road crosses the A442 & enters Newport after
a further 7 miles
If
you follow the B5062 (Edgmond Rd) to the T Juction with Chetwyne
Road then take a right at this junction go along this road about 200m
then turn right into Salters Lane (fire station is by the lane) go
along the lane and keep going until you see two stone pillars on the
left - the course is by the pavillion.

Follow
A5 South - onto the M54
Turn
off M54 at Junction 6 - Turn Left on a dual carriageway
Pass
over a small roundabout (with shopping Estate on the left)
The
dual carriageway continues onto a second roundabout.
Turn
Right onto Holyhead Rd (A518) the old A5
Beware
- The next instruction is where people go wrong.
Follow
this road (once the old A5) for a couple of miles & over a set
of lights
At
Next roundabout with 5 exits take 1st Exit, Wombridge Way
At
the following Roundabout, 2nd Exit into, Wrockwardine Wood Way,
(your now almost there)
After
about ¼ you will see the track through the trees set back on
your left just after a Left turn
After
another ¼ mile, Turn Left into New Road (not well signposted,
just after a foot bridge.
Turn
Left into Leisure Centre and the track is behind it.

Centre, Dawley (cross country only)
Follow
A5 South - onto the M54
Exit
M54 at junction 6, and turn right onto the A5223 (Lawley Drive)
Straight
over next roundabout staying on the A5223 (Lawley Drive)
At
next roundabout (Lawley Common roundabout)Turn left into Dawley Rd.,
which becomes Heath Hill.
At
next roundabout (Heath Hill roundabout) Turn right, onto Springhill
Rd (B4373)
Take
4th right (at staggered traffic lights) into New Road
Immediately
right into Webb Crescent.
Immediately
left Manor Rd., passing Webb Crescent again on right.
Entrance
to Phoenix
Centre a
few meters further on the right.
