The
final of the Shropshire Young Athletes Cross Country League was held
on Sunday 10/12/2000. Oswestry Olympians teams took 6 of the 9
trophies on offer including the overall Bristow Trophy. Well done to ALL
those who helped us achieve this great result. It takes good runners,
but equally important are those lower down the field. It is these
runners which made the all difference and won the trophies for us.
Their determination to turn out in all weathers and to make that one
place better as they crossed the line is what made the difference.
