Wenlock Olympians Society

Website for the Wenlock Games - now in it's 124th year (2010) - This is where the Modern Olympics started. Athletics (U9 to Seniors) & Pentathlons (U15 to Seniors) & a Seniors Triathlon all held on the Sunday in July following English Schools. Also 14 other sports over a 3 day period - including Volleyball, Golf, Tennis, Table Tennis, Fencing, Bowls, Karate, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Cricket, 5aSide & Archery. From 2010 there will be a new all weather track.
