 Welcome to Arnie's Pages. Arnie Wray our senior club coach, has enabled many of our junior athletes to both enjoy their athletics & to go on to represent their county, their region and even their country. Arnie has coached athletes in High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Hurdles & Multi Events & his athletes have represented Scotland, Ireland, Wales & England, acheiving medals at every level.
 
 In these pages Arnie records some of the thoughts, tips & advice he gives his athletes, which may be of interest. These coaching notes should be used as discussion topics with a qualified coach.
